Travel Protection Plan
As of May 1st, 2020, Honky Tonk Party Express's reservation policy has been modified.
What is the "Travel Protection Plan?"
To help protect our guests from unforeseen events, Honky Tonk Party Express offers each tour a "Travel Protection" plan. This plan is non-refundable, add-on that can be purchased at the time of checkout. The optional "Travel Protection" plan adds a layer of protection to our guests for a full 100% refund in the event you can not attend your reserved tour time due to extenuating circumstances.
The Travel Protection Plan ensures our guests a 100% refund up until 10-days prior to the reservation date/time. If a guest with travel protection should cancel inside of the 10-day window, they MAY be eligible for a partial refund with proper documentation showing an extenuating circumstance preventing their group from attending their reserved time (including but not limited to: hospitalization, death in the family, vehicle accident, travel cancellations out of guest's control such as flight cancellation, natural disasters or acts of terrorism, etc...)
What is the cost of the "Travel Protection Plan?"
As a reminder, the Travel Protection Plan must be purchased at the time of booking at checkout. If you forgot to purchase the plan or wanted to add it at a later date than your original booking, we CAN NOT guarantee we will honor the request and we have the right to deny the request all together. This is to ensure we limit our exposure or risk for those looking to seek a refund after they booked and did NOT purchase the "Travel Protection" plan at checkout.
Costs:
● $150 - Private Tour/ per bus
● $12 - Public Seating /per person
The Travel Protection Plan is always 100% NON REFUNDABLE.
What if we decide NOT to purchase the "Travel Protection Plan?"
No worries! If you can't make your tour we can offer your party crew, a voucher good for (1) year from the date of cancellation. Repeat. No refund will be issued and only a voucher will be given. If you cancel your tour within 10-days of your reserved tour time, we reserve the right to deny you a voucher, due to stocking the bus, staffing the bus, and reserving your bus for your set tour time. If you do cancel within 10-days of your reserved tour time You MAY be eligible for a voucher if you can provide proper documentation showing the extenuating circumstances that prevented your crew from coming.
Who should buy the "Travel Protection Plan?"
Everyone. We created the plan to help protect you, our guests from unforeseen events in life. The plan is there as a layer of protection to receive a full refund on your tour. The plan is optional to purchase but we recommend anyone booking our tour, especially a private tour, purchase the plan.
What is the time frame for our refund?
Though we can no give a dedicated time frame for legal reasons, we can say we will expedite your refund as quickly as possible. Once a refund has been issued please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
How do we request a refund?
You will simply email us at Honkytonkpartyexpress@gmail.com to request your refund. We will need the following:
● Name
● Booking ID number
● Date of tour
Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to respond to your request. Refund requests are not refunds. Once a refund is approved, additional time may be need to send refunds into your account.
