When you book with Honky Tonk Party Express, know this: Our top priority has and always will be your Safety. We’ve employed stringent cleaning and Safety practices to support the health and wellness of our employees and Customers. We’re anti-microbial spray treatments, cleaning buses between each tour using a disinfectant with the same grade that’s used in hospitals and restaurants, implementing physical-distancing measures, limiting the number of Passengers on buses, modifying boarding procedures, and providing masks for Employees. Everything you need to know
We have added multiple layers of stringent cleaning and disinfecting:
● A disinfectant and anti-microbial spray is applied on every surface of the interior of our buses that kills viruses on contact. This includes benches, bar tops, and handrails.
● We also clean each bus with disinfectant before each tour, between each tour and again after tours are completed for the day.
● Our check-in areas, ticket counters, and buses are cleaned multiple times a day.
● Hand sanitizer will be available onboard for Customers.
● We power wash the interior and exterior of each bus using an EPA approved disinfectant.
● Mask are given for each employee to wear for your protection
● Each bus is placed in direct sunlight for UVA light to for up-to 5 days
We have added new physical-distancing practices:
● We are limiting the number of people on board each bus to provide Customers with more personal space until further notice. But, rest assured if you’re booking your group together, you can still have your tour together.
● Our boarding process is still the same but please note the bars at which we load and unload are changing. We can not control the rules or policies of our partner bars. It would be in your best interest to review their policies before booking with us.
Everything you need to do
● It is highly encouraged to bring your own hand sanitizer and mask, and to wear your mask while traveling. Face coverings or masks will be optional for Customers, but recommended. If you forget your mask at home, we will not provide you with one.
● Arrive at check-in earlier to allow for new check-in and security processes.
● Maintain physical spacing at check-in.
● We will provide clean cups to Customers as needed but it is recommended you mark your cup.
● Do not travel if you are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms. We can not stress this enough. Your tour is not worth risking your health or other’s health. More information below

● Our check-in areas, ticket counters, and buses are cleaned multiple times a day.
● We deep clean as well as power wash each bus from nose to tail using an EPA approved disinfectant.
● Hand sanitizer will be available onboard each bus for Customers.
● We are using the power of direct UVA sunlight for up to 5 days to help disinfect our buses.
Helping everyone keep their distance
● Please allow extra time for boarding as the check-in process for both Honky Tonk Party Express and our partner bars continues to change.
○ Please review the partner bars policies for their COVID-19 policies
○ Our boarding process is not changing, but we will encourage people to respect the personal space of others during check-in and boarding.
● We are limiting the number of people on board each tour to provide Customers with more personal space to spread out.
○ Customers will be required to book a private tour vs. a pubic tour—this means if you’re booking together, you will ride together.
○ Seats will not be blocked, the bus will be completely open-air for the maximum amount of fresh air, and we will not direct Customers where to sit. Your bus will be only the people you book with until further notice.
● We have discontinued our bottled water service until further notice—we recommend bringing your own water

● It is highly encouraged to bring your own hand sanitizer and mask, and to wear your mask while traveling. Also don’t forget your bottled water.

● Our Customer-facing Employees are required to wear masks or face coverings when interacting with Customers until further notice
● We’re cleaning the ticket counters, gates, and baggage claim areas multiple times a day.
● We are using clean utensils for each tour such as clean ice scoops, 1 use cups, and clean rags or towels for wiping down bus during your tour.

We understand it’s important to remain safe during your tour. That’s why we are encouraging everyone to maintain a physical distance wherever possible and limit hand-to-hand contact with others. We are encouraging all Customers to wear a protective mask or face-covering while in Nashville and on the bus.
Yes. We recommend and encourage everyone who rides our bus to wear a protective face covering or a mask.
Yes. You can bring your own hand sanitizer, or cleaning wipes onboard the bus. We will also provide Customers with hand sanitizer as well.
Our boarding process will not change but we do ask you to arrive earlier than usual to ensure all the new proper procedures and safety measures with our partner bar can be implemented.

For the health and safety of yourself and others, we ask that you not travel if you are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms. The only way to get a 100% refund is by purchasing our “Travel Protection” (link) plan. If you do not have a travel protection plan, we can only offer you a voucher that expires 1-year from the date of your booking date.
